Sleek i-Divine Del Mar LIMITED EDITION Palette | Review + Full Swatches

Hey Beauties...
I think its no secret that I love Sleek Makeup! There i-Divine palettes are my favourite 'Drugstore' eye shadow palettes! I love them about as much as I love my Naked palettes! So you can imagine my excitment when I recieved some goodies from Sleek to review for you lovely beauties.

Sleek are always coming out with new or Limited Edition Palettes, keeping up to date with all the latest trends. Their Newest Limited Edition i-Divine Palette comes in the form of the Del Mar Volume 1 Palette*. Inspired by the tranquil, calm feel of Ibiza's chilled out atmosphere, this palette has a breathtaking range from coral sunset oranges, stunning sea blues and picturesque greens, pinks and purples, really complimenting the bright pastel trend that's on for spring/summer 2014.

I love the other packaging of this palette bringing us that hot summers evening feel, making us crave a summer holiday on a nice hot beach somewhere near the pacific. The packaging of the palette itself is the classic Sleek black casing with the Golden 'Limited Edtion' inscription which I love. Like all Sleek Palettes this does come with a double ending foam applicator which if I'm honest I never used. there is a sheet of clear plastic within the palette with the names of each shade on them.

Sleek i-Divine Limited Edition Del Mar Palette | £7.99
Like all i-Divine Palettes Del Mar has 12 gorgeously pigmented shades, this palette however i found it more leaning towards silky mattes then shimmers and glitters, although there 3 pearl finishes and one shimmer finish within the palette, which makes this the prefect summer time palette for day and night looks.

-Lounge Lovers: This cool toned muted gold shade is the only shimmer to be found in the palette.

-Poolside: A silky matte, slightly dark Turquise-Blue.

-Sunset Strip: A bright sunset orange colour again with a silk matte finish.

-Amience: Another silky matte, gorgeous slightly mauve purple.

-Chilled Out: A Brilliant White Silky matte, for a white matte this is very well pigmented, looks great as a highlight or base.

-Blue Marlin: A very deep slightly Teal green, Sliky matte.

-Opening Party: One of my favourites in the palette, gorgeous slightly duo-toned purple with a hint of pale blue, this is a pearly sheen finish.

-On The Rocks: Another of my favourite shades, this perfect summer coral also has a pearly sheen finish.

-Talamanca: A muted sandy brown shade, perfect for a crease or base colour, has a silky matte finish.

-Feel Euphoric: Again a favourite of mine, a Pale petal pink which also has the pearly sheen finish.

-Balearic Beat: Lime green, very pigmented and silky matte. I was very surprised how pigmented this shade came out! Does look gorgeous next to 'Feel Euphoric'

-Paradise: A dreamy pastel lilac shade, with a gorgeously silky matte finish.

I always find at least one or two shades in my previous i-Divine palettes that are less pigmented or hard to work with but this palette is outstanding! Each and every one of these breathtaking shades are amazingly pigmented and creamy texture, not one of the mattes feel chalky at all! I haven't had any trouble with blending the shades or applying, I did notice a small amount of fall out with 'Poolside' but nothing to worry about. I feel I can honestly have hours of fun creating new and exciting summer looks with this palette. Not only is each shade very well pigmented but I feel every shade is completely wearable and will match every skin tone! The shadows last on my lids a good 6-8 hours before I noticed any creasing without a primer, although i tend to always apply a primer before hand.

Overall I am super impressed with this palette after swatching every shade I was left breathless and speechless with amazement, I could just swatch and apply these shades all day every day! This will definitely be a staple palette in my collection for spring/summer this year! It's a shame this palette is 'Limited Edition' I definitely think it merits a permanent position in Sleek's Collection.

You can pick this up online at sleekmakeup.com for only £7.99! What a bargain! Also sleek do ship internationally so if you live outside the UK you can still pick up this gem! and make sure you do ASAP as it is 'Limited Edition'
