Make-up Monday | 'Sick Day' Cover Up Full Face Make-up

Hey Beauties...
If you follow me on twitter, you may know over the weekend I have been feeling ill, I apologise for the above picture it's bad! So I thought this weeks Make-up post, I will show you the make-up I have been using to make myself look and feel a little better. I always find, getting showered, dressed and applying some make-up always makes me feel a little better, if only slightly. I also thought this post will be good if your looking or feeling a bit rough and still need to get up and try look presentable.

I apologise in advance if this post becomes a little long, as I will be showing a full face of make-up so lets get right into it.

1.First off, to clean my face and freshen it up a little, I used Garnier Micellar Water (review)
2. Then to start I use Maybellines Super Stay Better Skin Foundation, which is a light weight full coverage foundation.
3. Using Soap & Glory Kick Ass Concealer I use the lighter Shade just a little under my eyes to conceal and dark circles.
4. Then I use the darker concealer just around my nose area to hid the redness.

5. Using MAC Prep + Prime Translucent pressed powder I completely set my whole face, focusing more on my under eye and nose area where I used concealer, to prevent any creasing.
6.Then using my Sleek Face Form Contour Kit in Light I just apply a little contour under my cheeks to add a bit of dimension and depth to my face.
7. To add a little bit of a glow and colour to my face I use the Blush in the Face Form Contour Kit, this blush is in the shade 'Rose Gold'
8. I finish the face by using Benefit Gimme Brow just to naturally fill my brows in and make them a little more darker and visible.

For the eyes I wanted to keep it quite natural so I use my Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette.

1. After priming my eye lids, I applied 'Walk Of Shame' (W.O.S) all over the lid and blended into the crease.
2. Using a fluffy brush I lightly applied 'Faint' to the crease of my eye to add some depth.
3. Then I applied Venus all over the lid just to brighten them up a little.
4. I lined my upper lash line using 'Crave' from the Urban Decays Naked Double Ended 24/7 Glide on eye pencil in Naked Basics.
5. I lightly applied 'Venus' the other end of the eye pencil, to the innder corners of my eyes and tear duct to brighten them up a little.
6. To finished I tight lined my water line with 'Venus' eye pencil to make my eyes look more open and awake.

As my lips are becoming a little dry from being ill I decided to use Maybelline Baby Lips in the shade Peach Kiss, to add moisture and a hint of colour.

So that is how I created this look, I hope you liked this post and found it helpful, I know there are a lot of bugs and colds going around at the moment and I hope this sort of look will help you to feel and look better.

I'd love to know your thoughts on this look and I really do apologise for the before photo and the top of this post, but as I said I have been ill over the weekend. Hopefully I'll be feeling better in no time.

If you have any requests for any future make-up looks please let me know in the comments below or on twitter, I'm always open for requests.
