Barry M Gelly High Shine Spring 2014 Collection | Review + Swatches

Hey Beauties...
Last Spring/Summer Barry M had a huge hit with their new Gelly High Shine Nail Paints. I believe they had 18 gorgeous shades in the collection. Well this year, Barry M have released 3 new gorgeous shades to the ever growing collection.

Each gorgeous shade is inspired by exotic fruits, perfect for the spring pastel trend that everyone loves so much, with an added extra glossy finish. I don't know about you but I love glossy nails, especially when the sun shines on them.
The Gelly High Shine Nail Paints are perfect for those who love the effect of a gel manicure, with out the price tag!

So the 3 New Exotic shades are:
Barry M Gelly Huckleburry | £3.99
Huckleburry is a gorgeous Light Blue inspired by the Huckleberry Blueberries, but with a pastel twist. This shade will look stunning with a tan, but also look gorgeous on every skin tone. You can layer this colour to your desired finish, I think this shade looks best with about 3 coats just to give it's true colour, but 2 coats is sufficient if you want a more pale shade.

Barry M Gelly Rose Hip | £3.99
Rose Hip is your iconic pastel pink shade, the name is inspired by the Rose Hip berry fruit. I love this shade and think it looks stunning with Huckleberry. I feel this shade needs 3 coats to get a nice solid pink colour, but again still looks lovely with 2.

Barry M Gelly Sugar Apple | £3.99
Sugar Apple, well you may have guessed, is inspired from the exotic sugar apple. This shade really surprised me the most out of all the them, I would say its more of a blue toned green then a apple green, but it is absolutely stunning. I wasn't sure if I was going to like this shade when I bought it, but after trying it and seeing it next to the blue, I love it! This is another shade that will look stunning on all skin tones, and again takes about 3 coats to get a deep colour, but two coats is sufficient.

I absolutely love the Barry M Gelly collection and really do think these will be my go-to nail paint for the Spring/Summer months! I just can't get enough of the effect of the Gelly paints, they make my nails feel so much stronger and healthy, and they last on my nails for a good 3-4 days without chipping even though I'm constantly washing up, cleaning and washing my hands. Most nail paints last about a day on me 2 days if I'm lucky so I really do recommend these!

I can't get enough of pastel shades at the moment so these are just perfect! Have you tried the Gelly Paints before? What are your thougths on them?
Also what do you think of the Pastel trend this season? Love? or Hate? I'd Love to know!
