NEW Barry M 'Silk' Nail Paint Collection | Swatches

Barry M Silks

Barry M Silks

Hey Beauties...
Recently I reviewed two of the Barry M Silk Nail Paints from one of their new collections (here) I fell loved them so much, that I actually ended up purchasing the whole collection, I blame superdugs offer at the time for this! haha. Anyway, as the colours are absolutely gorgeous and definitely perfect for spring I decided I would Share with you what all the colours look like and my thoughts on them.
So lets get right into it. I'm doing these in number order so lets start with number 1.

Blossom:
Barry M Silk | Blossom | £3.99
This was one of the first Silk Paints I picked up, its a gorgeous baby pink, as I said in my review this shade really reminds me of spring and the old blossom tree that was in the playground of my old primary school, so this shade is just perfect for spring and just reminds me of all them fond memories of spring/summer as a child. This shade does take at least two coats to achieve its true colour but if you want a more sheer nail, it still looks gorgeous with one.

Pearl:
Marry M Silk | Pearl | £3.99
Pearl is second in the collection, this is a gorgeous white, usually I'm not a fan of white polish but this isn't what I would call a 'Brilliant White' it's a more sheer 'pearly' white, hence the name of it. This shade takes a -good three or four coats to get a nice strong colour to it, but would still look gorgeous with maybe two coats.

Trouffle:
Barry M Silk | Truffle | £3.99
Truffle is a nice natural nude brown, I must admit I wasn't too keen on this colour when I first picked it up, me being me just had to have the whole collection so I bought it anyway. However when I got home and actually tried it on, I was very surprised and please with how the colour looks on the nails. I've never seen a Truffle before so I'm guessing its the same sort of colour as one, I will say though it does remind me of dark brown mushrooms, maybe I'm just weird! haha! This Nail Paint, takes a good two coats to get a stunning colour.

Meadow:
Barry M Silk | Meadow | £3.99
Meadow is the forth colour in the collection, its a gorgeous pale green colour, definitely reminds me of a fresh spring meadow. I'm not usually a green girl but I really do love this colour, its just a pretty pale green. This polish does require two to three coats.

Mist:
Barry M Silk | Mist | £3.99
Mist is the other shade in the collection I reviewed not too long ago, its such a stunning blue, this reminds me of the clear blue summer skies. Perfect colour for Easter and spring season. I'm not too sure why they decided to call it mist, but it is definitely a gorgeous colour. This Nail Paint needs at least two coats to achieve a solid colour.

Heather:
Barry M Silk | Heather | £3.99
Heather is the final shade of the collection, this is a gorgeous lilac/purple, again a perfect spring shade as this deffinately reminds me of the stunning Heather meadows in full bloom! This is another shade that needs two to three coats to get a nice solid colour.

So that is the whole collection of the Barry M 'Silk' Nail Paints, I thought I'd show you what they look like on the nail and a few ways I have been wearing then recently. As you can see they are just perfect for spring/summer! Especially with the pastel trend that's going around.

I do love the finish of these polishes they're are the perfect pearly matte and just leave you with stunning nails.

You can buy these in any Superdrug or boots that hold a Barry M stand. Or you can buy online at www.barrym.com which also does ship to the United States and internationally. Incase you are after these beauties and can't get then where you are!

Hope you liked this post. Have you tried these polishes before? What are your thoughts and what are your favourite shades? I'd love to know !
I think mine would have to be blossom. By I do love them all!

Don't forget to check out my full review of these nail paints Here so you can see my full thoughts on them.
