MAC || Mineralise Skin Finish Natural || Medium Plus

Hey Beauties...
I mentioned before that I received a few powders for Christmas, that I am currently making my way through review for you lovely beauties, I don't usually wear a lot of powders but that's mainly because I hadn't found one I like enough. I have nothing but good things about all the  MAC Mineralise Skinfinshes, so I really wanted to try the Natural powder to see if it could be the answer I was looking for from a powder

MAC Mineralise Skin finish Natural comes in 10 different shades, I chose Medium Plus, as I didn't want to get one too dark, however I feel I should of picked up Medium dark.  These skin finishes are made with minerals, slowly baked to provide a dimensional yet natural matte finish

This powder gives a low-coverage finish and is best used to set foundations or as a touch up throughout the day. They are great used alone if you suffer from very little blemishes, or none at all and just want to reduce redness, even skintone and keep your face shine free throughout the day.

I like to use this to set my foundation and on its own, on days I don't feel like wearing foundation, just to reduce shine and even out my skin tone. The finish on this powder is amazing, it really gives you a flawless finish with or without a foundation underneath. I also feel it leave my face shine and oil free for the whole day, I don't really don't feel the need to top up during the day, however I have combination skin so I only really get mildly oily on my cheeks and forehead time to time. I also found that unlike most powders, this doesn't cling to my dry patches, which is great! I used to use Rimmel Stay Matte Powders but I really do feel this powder is much better and worth the money, and will last a very long time. I will definitely be picking up a darker colour for the summer months!

Hope you liked this post. Let me know if you have tried this powder before and what your thoughts are on it.
