Urban Decay || Vice 2 || Review Full Swatches

Hey Beauties...
I think we all know how much I adore Urban Decay products, especially their eyeshadows, so you can imagine my excitement and lust when I saw they had brought out the Vice 2 palette, a follow on from the legendary Vice palette, of which I never got the pleasure of seeing.

Originally I had bought this for my mum for her birthday and as soon as I got it home I just wanted to keep it! I couldn't stop looking at it. I was good and gave it to my mum though! But you can imagine my reaction when my Dad said he would buy me it for Christmas! I was ecstatic!

The packaging is gorgeous, which isn't unusual for Urban Decay products! I love the colour and effect that is on this palette, and what I love the most is that every palette I have seen as a unique pattern within the designs, due to the water method used to create the effect. The little diamond style 'UD' on the palette is just the icing on the cake for me. I mean how elegant and gorgeous does this look right?

This palette comes with 20 brand new shades! A sweet delight for all UDers out there! It also come with a Good Karma Shadow and crease brush. Just when you think the palette can't get any more irresistible the opening mechanism for this palette is amazing! You simply press the button on the front of the palette and it opens its self!! I know right! As you can imagine this amazed me a little bit more then it probably should and also kept me entertain for a while! Even to this day when I open it I'm in awe! The little things hey! Another bonus is that it comes with a full panel sized mirror making it perfect for travel.

Now the gorgeous shades are:

-Smokeout: Dark taupe/black satin.

-Lovesick: Stunning matte black with micro glitter.
-Shell Shock: Gorgeous bright metallic silver.
Coax – Medium metallic pink with golden micro sparkle.
- X-Rated: Light baby pink satin.

-Prank: A unique dark navy matte with blue/turquoise shimmer.

-Madness:  Stunning metallic teal blue with light blue micro glitter.
-Strike: Gorgeous light gold shimmer with silver micro glitter.
-Stash: Deep olive green shimmer with micro sparkle.
-Poison: Charcoal satin with micro sparkle.

-Radar: Metallic brown shimmer with iridescent micro sparkle.

-Damaged: Stunning bright metallic emerald shimmer.
-Voodoo: Gorgeous metallic purple shimmer with iridescent glitter.
-Betrayal: Unique bright purple satin with blue shift.
-Derailed: A dark grey metallic shimmer.

-Dope: Warm champagne satin.
-Toxic: Metallic copper pink shimmer with tonal micro glitter.
-Habit: Light nude matte.
-Ambush: Metallic brown satin.
-Rewind: Medium brown matte.

As you can see every shade in this palette is highly pigmented! I like how the glitters in these shades are actually part of the shadows and don't cause a lot of excess fall out. For each shade you get 0.8g (0.02 oz) worth of product which when you add it up works out to be £2 a shadow. Deal! Plus you get a free double ended brush.

With this palette you receive a Good Karma Shadow and crease brush. Which I think is a really nice duel-ended brush, making it so much easier to create a gorgeous smoky eye! The brush is a lot fluffier then the brush from the Naked 2 Palette which I love!

Overall I absolutely love this palette I really do think it is worth every penny and its a perfect palette for anyone starting out with make-up or wanting to branch out of the usual Neutral shades. I honestly cannot express enough how good this palette really is! There isn't a single fault I have found with it!

Have you tried this palette yet? What are your thoughts on it? Let me know in the comments below I'd Love to hear from you!

Much Love
