MUA Blusher | Lolly | Review

Hey Beauties...
Usually I'm a pink blush kinda girl, but recently I have been drawn towards more orange coloured blushers. I've never actually owned a peach/orange colour blush so I went on a hunt for one and while I was in my local Superdrug store I noticed MUA do a range of blushers for just £1. Would you believe it, just £1 for a blush. Now being new to MUA I haven't really tried a lot from them but I figured it was worth a try as can't really go wrong for that price! plus if it did turn out to be rubbish I'd only wasted £1.

MUA have released 6 new shades of blushers to their £1 collection and the colour I decided to pick up was this gorgeous orange/coral colour called Lolly. If you look very closely at the blush there is a slight hint of shimmer to it, but it is very slight and not noticeable on the skin at all.

Although the blush is light, it is nicely pigmented, allowing you to be able to build colour with ease. Also meaning you don't have to overload your brush to get a good colour pay off, you only need a small amount to get a noticeable colour. This blusher does have a nice silky, velvet texture to it, making it very easy to blend in and glide along the cheeks.

As you can see this blusher adds a gorgeous glow to the cheek, and blends brilliantly.
This colour would be perfect for all skin tones and would look perfect of someone with a tan, but having said that I think it would still look stunning on a pale person.

I am extremely impressed with this blush and it really is great value for money! I really can't believe it is just £1! Again MUA have really shocked me with their amazing products and incredible value for money!

Have you tried any of the £1 blushers from MUA? If so what shade and what did you think of it? I'd love to hear from you!

As always please leave any comments or questions below and I will get back to you. Also if you leave your twitter name I will tweet you when I have replied.

  1. Looks great on you. I was at my local Superdrug today and to say that their MUA selection is rubbish is being kind - that's how bad it is. I wanted to try these blushers but I think I'll just have to go by reviews and take a risk and get it online :o). Xx

  2. That is such a gorgeous shade really love it so natural too :) xx
