Make-up Monday | MUA Smokin Palette | My Go-to Autumn Look 2013

Hey Beauties...
So in last weeks post I mentioned I had created another Autumn Look using the MUA Smokin palette. Well this look has actually vastly become my go-to look on a daily basis, as it is so quick and easy to do but still looks gorgeous and matches any lip. So I am actually quite excited to show you this look and hope you like it as much as I do!

I will just quickly go through my base make-up as it has also become my almost daily make-up routine.

To start with I use my Garnier Moisture Match Wake Me Up moisturiser, this is my go-to autumn winter moisturiser with the gloomy cold weather.
Then I go in using my all time love Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation, for concealer I have been using Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer just under my eyes to brighten them up and hide my dark circles.

For the eyes, as I said, I used the MUA Smokin Palette.

1. I start of by taking the colour 'Broken' a nice golden brown shimmer, and putting that all over the lid blending into the creases.
2. Then to add more dimension to the eye I use a fluffy brush and very very lightly apply 'Fantasy' to the crease of the eyes.
3. Lastly I took 'Wicked' and applied that to the out corners of my eyes in a 'V' shape and blended it into the crease along with 'Fantasy'
To make sure all the colours blend nicely together I put a tiny amount of 'Broken' and blend that on top of the 'Wicked' colour.
4.just to add a hint of colour I do like to go in and mix 'Broken' with a bit of 'Icon' (the purple colour in the palette) and apply that just on the lids of my eyes.

To finish off the eyes I use the eyeliner pencil that comes in the palette to line my upper lash line and lower water line, then I take the 'Broken' colour and just line my lower lash line with it.
Lastly I apply my favourite mascara, Max Factor Wild Mega Volume.

I decided to do a bold lip with this look as I think it really brings out the Autumn\Winter trends this year, So I went for Bourjois Rouge Edition shade 18 Violin Strass. Gorgeous plum shade and I hear its a Dupe for MAC Rebel.

So that's it for this weeks look! I hope you liked it! Be sure to keep an eye out on the blog as I am hoping to get a few Halloween looks up for you girls and don't forget to check out my video (will link below when its up)
