Mac Lipstick | New York Apple | Swatches + Review

Hey Beauties...
If you read\watched my birthday haul you would know that I picked up another MAC lipstick while I was shopping in Norwich. So I thought I would show you all what one I bought and what I think of it.
My closest MAC counter is in Norwich and that has only become recent knowledge to me so I was excited to go to a MAC counter for the first time. I had a good look at all their lipsticks and swatched a few but this one is the colour was the one I have been on the hunt for, for ages so as soon as I saw it I just had to get it!

***(There are no filters on the actual lipstick colour itself)***

New York Apple is gorgeous burgundy red, with slight flecks of gold. It is a frost finish lipstick, which means it can be worn quite sheer if you prefer, but I have found you can build it up nicely.

***(There are no filters on the actual lipstick colour itself)***

I do like to build up the colour with this lipstick as I just love the colour of it! Although it is quite a sheer formula the pigmentation of this lipstick is rather impressive and of course has the MAC trademark vanilla scent, which I absolutely love!

This lipstick is part of their permanent collection, and I am quite surprised I haven't really heard or seen anything about it before! It's definitely my all time favourite Autumn lipstick!
If you want to see me reviews/swatches of the other two MAC Lipsticks I own you can check them out HERE and HERE

Have you tried this lipstick? What did you think of the shade? Leave a comment below and tell me what you think of it!

Much Love
Xxx

***Keep an eye out for my MAC lipstick Give away!! woo***

  1. I haven't heard much about this shade before, I don't normally go for frost finishes but this one looks really pretty. Perfect colour for a/w.
