Reem | Wash Off Dance Tan | Review

Hey Beauties...
A few days ago I had the pleasure of being asked to try out Reem Dance Tan, Wash Off Mousse
Being new to the whole tanning world (Thanking JayTan for my new obsession! Review) I have never used a wash off tan before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect.

I received a 200ml bottle of the wash off mousse, which retails at £12.99.
If you look on their website you can find this tan under the competition tanning section, which tells me that this tan is perfect for dance/body building competitions and immediately made me think this tan its going to be very very dark! (eek)

Reem Tan has been around for about 18 months and as the name suggests was designed with The Only Way Is Essex in mind. Stunning, Glam and Perfection.

The wash off tan doesn't contain any DHA (the tanning agent found in self tanner) which means there is none of that horrible fake tan smell, none what so ever!!
This tan is perfect for people who want a gorgeous glowing tan that doesn't last, especially if you are at school, college or work in a place that doesn't allow fake tan.

When I first saw the mousse of this tan I was shocked at how dark the mousse actually was (again never used a wash off tan before) which made me very nervous about applying this as I didn't want to look too dark. There is quite a strong scent with this tan but I absolutely love it. Being a mum the smell immediately reminded me of Johnson baby wipes, which I love the smell of, so that was a bonus for me!

The application of the tan was effortless and flawless. Very easy to apply and glided over the skin perfectly, blended brilliantly and absolutely no streaks. Just remember to exfoliate and apply moisturiser to any dry patches first!

There seems to be an indicator colour which does fade once dry (or could just be my eyes) leaving a lovely dark colour that actually wasn't too dark for me, It does dry pretty quickly which is great as when ur getting ready you don't to be sitting around for ages waiting for your tan to dry!
I will say make sure you wear dark colour clothes with this as I did find that it left marks on my white bra straps.

I applied this tan at 10 am, then got on with my daily tasks on quite a hot day, cleaning, cooking, running around and it wasn't till about 6pm when I was doing the washing up and splashed myself A LOT that I noticed slight slipping of the tan but that was expected with the amount of soapy water I splashed on my self and I did have the tan on for 8 hours.

When I washed the tan off, it came off so effortlessly with no fuss, just water, shower gel and a bath lilly (Bath Poof) and gone! brilliant!

I absolutely love this tan and highly recommend it to anyone that loves a dark tan but doesn't want it to last! or if you are wondering what you would look like with a nice dark tan but too scared to try. Perfect for a night out or a special occasion.
