E.L.F | Blush | Review and my thoughts

Hello Beauties...
I recently done a post on my first order and perches' from E.L.F you can read that HERE. So I thought I would share with you my thoughts on the blush. I have used this quite a lot since I got it so I have a good understanding of my views on it.

I chose to get the shade Pink Passion as I love the look of a nice pink cheek and think this colour would suit my skin tone the best for the result I like in a blush.
This blush is a gorgeous matte Barbie pink, which does look a little scary in the pan, but it is quite sheer.
This blush is £3.75 which I think is a complete bargain! You cant go wrong with a price like that, even if it is complete rubbish you haven't lost out on a lot of money really have you! I love the fact that you get a mirror included in the lid like most blushes do, but from looking on the outer packaging you wouldn't of thought so (with the exception of the box saying mirror included) It is quite a nice size mirror and doesn't sit to close to the product, which in most other products iv noticed the mirror gets dirty quickly, this one however doesn't.

With this product I like to use my Real Techniques Blush Brush I absolutely love this brush and it picks up the blusher perfectly also helping to blend the product into the skin leaving just the about of product on your cheeks so you don't look like a clown.

I wouldn't say this product was amazingly pigmented, well not compared to the sleek blushes  but then I haven't come across a product (personally) that is as pigmented as them. However I do like the pigmentation of this product as it allows you to build the colour onto your cheeks and it is pretty hard to over load the brush with product, unless you really go to town on your brush when collecting the product!

This is with just applying a little of the product and as you can see it leaves just a nice flush to the cheeks, which I really love the look of, I don't think the camera does it justice in this picture as it is a little bit more pink in real life. This shade is perfect for them days when you don't feel like wearing a lot of make-up but still want to add a little bit of colour to your cheeks.

Although I do like this product a lot! I do feel it could be a little more pigmented but then you cant ask for too much from such a great value product, I will continue to use this product as I do love it and think it is definitely a bargain buy, Every girl should own at least one of these in their make-up collection!

Overall View:
  • Overall rating of this product: 8/10
  • Would I recommend this product: Yes! its a must have item!
  • would I repurchase this product: Yes definitely
  • Am I impressed with the quality of this product: Yes!
  • Will I be purchasing anything else from this brand: Yes in the future I will be.
