Lush || Roots hair treatment || Review

Hello everyone...
Recently, in the last year maybe two years iv been paying more attention to my hair care and really trying to grow it and keep it healthy, I think a hair care blog post will be coming soon!
But today I wanted to share with you something I picked up in Lush when I was in Norwich with my mum, I noticed this as I was looking for the BIG shampoo that Lush do as I've heard a lot about it, but then I saw the Lush ROOTS hair treatment

This was £9.99 for the tub, which was cheaper then the BIG shampoo so I thought id give this a try instead.
It wasn't until I got home and read the back of the tub that I realised you only use this once a fortnight (every two weeks) which made me think that I'd actually got a good amount of product for my money!

The constancy of the product is really thick and creamy and has a slight sheen to it.
It does smell really strong of peppermint but I personally really like the smell!
On the back of the tub and on the website it says....
"Starting with three kinds of mint to stimulate the scalp and hair follicles, olive oil to give condition and strength, honey to soften and soothe and nettle absolute for shine.  We've topped this off with a delicate perfume containing sweet orange oil, neroli and grapefruit oil all known to be cheerful and uplifting.  Together these are the foundations to build great hair."
I haven't used this as much as I should or was hoping to I think i have used it 3 times. the picture below is from after the 1st time i used it (left) and then after the 2nd time I used it (right) about 3 weeks difference!

As you can see there is quite a bit of hair growth just in 3 weeks I think this is now the longest my hair has been!! :D
I have used this once after these pictures were taken but I have also had my hair trimmed since then as well. Even my hairdresser was amazed with this product and notice a huge difference in the condition of my hair :) so that's also a bonus

I absolutely love this product its amazing! and easy to use.
All you do is apply the product to dry hair just at the roots massaging it in, and then run it though the end of your hair, and massage your scalp for about 10 mins then I like to leave the product in my hair for about 20 mins.
The peppermint in this really makes your scalp tingle and just feel so much more awake if that makes any sense haha! You can almost feel the product working!

So if you are wanting to grow your hair and looking for something to give it that extra boost I very much highly recommend this! its definitely worth the money!!

Hope you enjoyed this post! If you have tried this product or any of the other LUSH hair care range please let me know your thoughts on them :)

Much love

  6. Hair transplant surgery begins, after anesthesia is applied, with removing donor tissue. Follicular units are then extracted from the tissue using a stereomicroscope. This is all done by skilled nurses and technicians.
